JASHNLifestyle Exhibition
About JASHN

jashn (n.) — a celebration.
And a business with its paperwork in order.

JASHN is run out of Jaipur by four co-founders — Riya Khunteta, Satwik Sharma, Aadhya Sharma and Kabir. The Navratri Edit is the first show under the JASHN name, and we would rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise.

The work splits cleanly between us: Riya on creative and marketing, Satwik on management and sales, Kabir on finance and PR, and Aadhya backing it. Pranav runs social and content, Jai runs the floor. When you book a stall you deal with a named person, not a call centre.

The reason we started JASHN is simple: we watched too many good small brands pay for stalls at exhibitions that were sold to them on a number nobody could verify, in venues nobody had promoted.

So the whole of this business is built the other way round. The marketing plan is published before you pay, not described after. Category caps are written into the allotment letter. The gate count goes to every exhibitor, whether it flatters us or not.

If the Navratri Edit works, it is because the exhibitors made money and came back for the next one. That is the only metric we are building for.

What we put in writing

A receipt for every rupee
Booking amount, balance, anything extra — each payment gets a receipt in your business name.
Written allotment
Stall number, size, inclusions, dates, timings and cancellation terms, in one document, before you pay the balance.
Published marketing plan
The channel plan on this page is what we actually run. Ask for the reels, the hoarding photos and the ad reports after the show and we will send them.
Honest reporting
The real gate count, shared with every exhibitor after the show — good or bad.

Ask us for any of this

  • The venue booking confirmation for Kesari Bagh, 11 & 12 October 2026.
  • The marketing plan, channel by channel, with its schedule.
  • The list of societies and clubs we have tied up with.
  • A blank copy of the allotment letter and its cancellation terms.

Message us and we will send it. An organiser who will not show you these is not one you should be paying.
