Footfall is our projection for the Navratri Edit, based on the venue's capacity and our promotion plan — not a past-event claim. After the show we publish the real gate count, and every exhibitor gets it in writing.

01Why exhibit with JASHN

9 reasons, and not one of them is “great exposure”.

Most of what an exhibition sells you is a promise. Here is what we have actually committed to, in the order that matters to the person paying for the stall.

  1. 01

Two days at the top of the buying season

We have not picked a random weekend. The Navratri Edit runs on 11 and 12 October, as Jaipur starts spending on the festive and wedding season. Lehengas, gifting, jewellery, trousseau — the things people put off in August get bought in these weeks.

  2. 02

Entry is registered, so the numbers are real

Entry is free, but every visitor signs in with a name and number at the gate. That is how we know the true gate count instead of guessing it, how we can tell you which categories the crowd came for, and how you get a lead list after the show.

  3. 03

A crowd we build by hand

Before a single ad runs, we work our way through residential societies, clubs, school parent groups and our own WhatsApp lists across west Jaipur. Invitations go out person to person. That base is what fills the Sunday, before the walk-ins arrive.

  4. 04

Vaishali Nagar, not the edge of the city

Kesari Bagh sits inside Vaishali Nagar, with Nirman Nagar, Mansarovar, Chitrakoot, Queens Road and Ajmer Road all within a short drive. On-site parking, and level, step-free ground, so customers with strollers and elderly parents do not turn back at the entrance.

  5. 05

    Reels first, then everything offline

Jaipur creators shooting reels before the show and live from the floor, geo-targeted Instagram and Meta ads, hoardings across west Jaipur, society standees, WhatsApp broadcasts and school and club circulars. Six channels, every one of them running — the full plan and its schedule is on this page, and not a line of it is padding.

  6. 06

Category caps, so you are not one of forty

There are 90 stalls, not a round hundred, and we limit how many any one category can take. You will not walk in to find thirty saree stalls and yours at the far end. If your category is full we say so and put you on the list for the next edit, instead of taking your money.

  7. 07

    Book early and pay less

A single table is ₹6,000 until 25 September 2026, and ₹7,000 from 26 September. The same goes for the larger stalls. The early-bird rate is not a fake discount that runs forever — the date is published here and we hold to it.

  8. 08

Somebody on the floor both days

A JASHN coordinator is at Kesari Bagh from 7 am on setup morning to teardown. Power trips, a missing extension board, a customer dispute, a delivery at the back gate — there is a person to call, not a form to fill.

  9. 09

    Plain paperwork

A written allotment letter with your stall number, a receipt for every payment, the cancellation terms in the same document, and no charge that appears after you have paid.

02Who walks in

The crowd, described honestly.

The people we spend our budget bringing to Kesari Bagh — and the ones you will be selling to.

Women, 25 to 55

Shopping the festive and wedding season for themselves and their families. Our largest group by a distance, and the reason we run over Navratri.

West Jaipur families

Households in Vaishali Nagar, Nirman Nagar, Mansarovar, Chitrakoot and along Ajmer Road, who come as a family and stay two to three hours.

Society and club members

Residential societies and clubs across Jaipur that we invite directly, with their own entry list at the gate.

Our WhatsApp community

Shoppers who asked to hear about our events. They get the first invite and they turn up on the Sunday.

08Exhibitor FAQs

The questions we get asked before every booking.

Not on the list? Ask us on WhatsApp — someone answers, usually within the hour.

Is the stall price per day or for the whole exhibition?

For the whole exhibition — both days. Setting up on the morning of 11 October is included; there is no separate charge for it.

What is the early-bird price and when does it end?

A single table is ₹6,000, two tables ₹8,000 and a corner stall ₹10,000, if you book by 25 September 2026. From 26 September the same stalls are ₹7,000, ₹9,000 and ₹12,000. The date is fixed — we do not quietly extend it.

What exactly is included in the stall?

Your table or tables with covers, 2 chairs, your brand name on the stall signage, and your listing in the floor map and exhibitor directory. You bring stock, your own display and a card machine.

How much do I pay to hold a stall?

50% of the stall price confirms your booking and gets you an allotment letter with your stall number. The balance is due by 30 September 2026.

Do I need a GST number to exhibit?

No. You can exhibit without one.

Can I sell food?

Yes, in the food court area. You will need a valid FSSAI registration and we will ask for a copy at the time of booking. Open-flame cooking is subject to the venue's rules.

Is there a power point at my stall?

No. Stalls do not come with a power supply, so plan for it — a charged power bank for your card machine and phone, and battery or daylight-friendly lighting for your display. If you have a specific power requirement, tell us when you enquire and we will let you know what is possible at the venue.

What time can I set up?

Kesari Bagh opens to exhibitors at 7 am on Sunday 11 October. Doors open to visitors at 11 am, so you have four hours to lay out your stock.

Is there storage for extra stock?

Yes. There is a common storage area on site, and you may keep stock at your stall overnight between the two days. Security is on site through the night, but we recommend you take valuables and cash home with you.

How is my stall number decided?

By the date we receive full payment, within your category. We send the Kesari Bagh floor map with your enquiry so you can tell us the stalls you would prefer, and we allot the best one still open.

What if I have to cancel?

The 50% booking amount is non-refundable, because the stall comes off the map the moment it is yours and another brand cannot take it. The terms are printed in the allotment letter, so there is nothing to discover later.

Will you share the visitor data with me?

Entry is registered by name and number. After the show, every exhibitor gets the gate count and the aggregate visitor profile. Individual contact details are shared only where the visitor has consented to being contacted by exhibitors.

This is your first edit. Why should I trust the numbers?

Fair question. We have not claimed a history we do not have — the footfall figure on this page is marked as a projection for the Navratri Edit. What we can show you is the Kesari Bagh booking, the marketing plan, the society and club tie-ups, and the terms we put in writing. Ask us for any of it before you pay.

Tell us your category.
We will tell you what is left.

JASHN is run out of Jaipur by four co-founders — Riya Khunteta, Satwik Sharma, Aadhya Sharma and Kabir. The Navratri Edit is the first show under the JASHN name, and we would rather tell you that up front than pretend otherwise.
